SICON screw connectors
The first cable connector system with stepless shear heads
The special design of the SICON screws ensures that there are no fixed points of rupture in the thread but instead that the screw always reliably shears at the clamp body surface. Connectors with SICON screws are available as cable lugs, feed-thru connectors and branch connectors for low and medium voltage applications.
Benefits:
Large clamping ranges: 10 – 95 mm2; 25 – 150 mm2; 50 – 240 mm2, 95 – 300 mm2; 300 – 630 mm2(others on request)- Excess material not a problem. Material no longer has to be filed off
- Full utilisation of thread load-bearing capacity for all conductor cross-sections
- Special tools not needed
- Gentle shearing of shear heads simplifies tightening.
